1977 年リリースの唯一作。 13th Floor とくるとテキサスの●●●サイケバンドを連想してしまうところが当サイトのこれまでだったんですけれど、これからは違うぞ・・・ではあるんですが、こんなにすごいファンクアルバムを作っておきながらローカルバンドだったからなのかその後のメンバーの足取りがまっっったくわからないという、情報に乏しすぎるバンドでもあります。
序盤の 2 曲がメロウなソウル（そもそも 1 曲目は Rufus だし）で、そのあとはぶりっぶりのファンク。 私自身は 2 曲目の Teffany でバンドを知ったのですけれども、逆に言えばファンクの曲でどうして見つけられなかった？っていうくらいにすごい演奏だし、コンピに入れたい放題なはずなのに。 リズム隊がすごくて、特にベースが、いやドラムも、いやもう全体的にタイトでタイトで、Red Hot Chili Peppers に「影響を与えたであろう」という他人本意な言い分もわからないでもないです。
