Liz Damon’s Orient Express (Liz Damon’s Orient Express)

From Hawaii Comes the Ukelele, the Steel Guitar, Steve Mcgarrett, Chin and Dan-o….oh!….and…. Liz Damon’s Orient Express! the Veteran Lounge Band of the Waikiki Hotel Scene Are Forever Preserved on this Album. Originally Released in 1969, “Liz Damon’s Orient Express” is a Masterpiece of Loungepop and the “Now Sound” which features Not Only their Us Smash Hit “1900 Yesterday” and a Raft of Other Now Sound Classics, but also a Cracking Softpop Rendition of “Bring Me Sunshine”, the Song with which Eric and Ernie Closed Many a Classic “Morecombe and Wise” Show in the 1960’s and 70’s……(Though Here Not Orchestrated by Andre Preview, Sadly)…..superb!
